Kenneth Wong has over 12 years experience in the Transaction Services team, specializing in due diligence, corporate acquisitions and fund raisings. He has vast experience of managing due diligence assignments for acquisition of listed or multinational private companies, serving both private equity groups and global corporations.

Kenneth is a member of the ACCA.

Zoe Wong has over 15 years experience in corporate / personal insolvency, restructuring, financial investigation, due diligence related assignments. Zoe has extensive experience in handling court winding up cases and creditors / members’ voluntary liquidation cases. She has experience in handling assets realization in PRC and shareholders’ disputes. She also involved in special engagements such as valuation, due diligence.

Zoe is a member of HKICPA and follow member of ACCA. Zoe is also a holder of SQ(Insolvency) of HKICPA and is a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency Faculty of HKICPA.

Mandy Lee has over 12 years experience in audit. Mandy has extensive experience in handling audit assignments of listed companies and private companies operating mainly in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas countries. Clients were involved in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, trading, mining, advertising and property development. She also has extensive exposure in initial public offerings, merger and acquisition exercises, as well as investigations for listed companies.

Cherry Wong has over 15 years experience in financial due diligence in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia as well as valuations in intangibles, shareholders equity and enterprises.

She has led many teams in numerous financial due diligence assignments involved in various industries, including pharmaceutical, energy exploration, natural gas, transportation, manufacturing, retail services, land and property investment and education services companies.

Cherry Kwan has over 10 years of diversified audit, accounting and transaction advisory experience. She has managed a large number of due diligence, financial review and other fund raising assignments in Hong Kong and China, serving both corporate and private equity clients in Hong Kong, China, US, UK and other European countries. Cherry’s industry experience includes manufacturing, logistics, travel agency, healthcare, real estate, media, jewellery, education, software, iron and coal mining, from early start-ups to well-known listed companies and multinational corporations.

Andrea Tam has over 15 years’ experience in business recovery, restructuring and insolvency in in Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore, Australia and the Cayman Islands. She is experienced in handling distressed situations and executing both formal and informal workout solutions that often includes cross-border elements.

Eric Chung has more than 8 years experiences in due diligence engagements serving listed companies and middle size MNCs. He also participates in M&A advisory, Hong Kong and China tax review and valuation of the Target. Eric has corporate services experience in various industries, includes but not limited to petroleum trading, IT technology, property development, health care, financial institutions, business services and customers services. Other than that, he also participated in the high level tax review of different industries like software solutions, chemical production and retail trading. He served different types of clients like corporate clients, financial institutions and private equities.

Kendy Lin has over 12 years of experience in providing transaction advisory services in the region. She has been involved in a number of due diligences, fund raising exercises, Very Substantial Acquisitions(“VSA”) and other transaction assignments in Hong Kong and China, serving both private equity groups and multinational corporations. Her other work experiences include audit, forensic accounting & assisting expert witness. Kendy’s industry experience includes banking, asset management, securities trading, private equity, insurance agency, cross-border tourism agency, pharmaceutical, TMT, real estate, trading, logistics, digital music, aviation, global garments manufacturing, cement manufacturing, online diamond retail, model agency and etc.

Kendy is a member of HKICPA and chartered accountant of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Ricky Chan has over 15 years experience in corporate insolvency, personal bankruptcy, restructuring, receivership, financial investigation and estate administration. Ricky has solid experience in handling corporate compulsory or voluntary liquidations which involved in various industries. Ricky is also experienced in financial investigation, forensic accounting and litigation support.
